We focus on the most current, research- based studies involving neuromuscular control to enhance performance. Individual assessments and programs are focused on creating balance and symmetry throughout the entire body. Our workouts are safe yet challenging and emphasize correct posture and alignment.
Keelin Regan-Reed DPT is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy and Pilates instructor. Keelin worked for 2 years at Ciofreddi and Associates Rehabilitation in Lebanon, NH where she created and implemented a women's health program, and focused on sports and orthopeadic rehabilitation. From there, Keelin worked at Therapy Works in New London, NH for 5 years again, implementing both women's health and vestibular and balance treatment programs. She currently has been focusing her energy on the study of biomechanics and functional movement patterns with an emphasis on orthopeadic and sports performance enhancement with teams and individual clients. She received her bachelor degree in Psychology/Sociology from Wells College in Aurora, NY, where she was an athlete on both the varsity lacrosse and field hockey teams. She was Assistant Varsity Women's Lacrosse Coach at Colby-Sawyer College for 8 years and the head Varsity Coach at Kearsarge High School for 4 years. She completed her Masters in Physical Therapy at Notre Dame College in Manchester, NH and completed her Docorate in Physical Therapy focusing her doctorate research on the strength and prevention of ACL tears in the female athlete at Franklin Peirce University. Keelin is currently an adjunct faculty member at Colby-Sawyer College and enjoys running, hiking, gardening and mountain biking. Kim-Laura Boyle DPT, MS holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colby-Sawyer College, a Master of Science degree from University of North Carolina at Wilmington, and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Duke University. In addition to having experience and interest in general orthopedic physical therapy, prevention of athletic injuries, and women's health; Kim is a certified provider of ART (Active Release Techniques). Active Release Techniques is a hands on treatment that allows a practitioner to diagnose and treat soft tissue injuries including repetitive motion injuries, joint dysfunction, and long standing tissue tightness as a result of adhesions and tissue hypoxia. ART is often appropriate and beneficial for men and women of all ages who have either acute or long standing soft tissue dysfunction. In addition to working as a physical therapist, Kim is an adjunct faculty member at Colby-Sawyer College and enjoys running, hiking, reading and lifting weights. |
