PILATES Beginner Pilates |

Pilates: This class continues where Beginner ends! It will expand on Pilates and core strength with more difficult moves and repetitions. Safety will be emphasized with instruction to provide varying levels of challenge. This class is a low impact class and is safe for your joints. It will focus on abdominal, trunk, back, buttocks and hip strength. Some emphasis on shoulders and legs will be introduced. You are not required to take the beginner class to participate, however progression of moves is at your discretion. |

STRENGTH TRAINING Body Sculpting: Power Core Class: This class offers you the ability to train your abdominals, gluteals, and trunk using the large exercise balls. If you are interested in toning your stomach and buttocks, but not through a pilates based program this is the right class for you. Strength, tone and loss of inches around your hips and trunk will be gained. This is a moderate level strength training class. Everyone is welcome! No prior experience needed. New classes will start- first of the year 2009. |

Class Fees: All pilates, body sculpting, and strength training classes are $10.00 per class for walk-ins or you may purchase a package of 12 for $96.00, at a discounted class rate of $8.00 per class. There is NO time limit to using the package. This enables you to consistently progress yet, maintain a rate that is comfortable for you. PLEASE NOTE: Fees for classes with an instructor other than Keelin may have a different cost structure. Check class descriptions for details or contact studio or instructor directly. |

Personal Training: One-on-one training with Keelin is $60/hour, $35/ 1/2 hour. Diagnostic Biomechanical Evaluations: $100.00 Physical Therapy Treatments: $45 NOTICE: Keelin Studio provides physical therapy services at low reasonable rates. We do NOT take health care insurance and instead offer quick, direct easy access without needing a doctors referral. This enables us to provide care for patients that do not carry health care insurance at a low rate.
